Logistics and review venue 

Venue 

The oCPS mid-term review meeting will be held at “De Zwarte Doos” which is in the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) campus. The building is signalled as number 4 (see campus map).

Accommodation 

TU/e campus is quite close to city centre (and Eindhoven train station), any hotel located in the city centre is at walking distance to the review location.

Our hotel suggestions are: Inntel Hotels art, Holiday Inn Eindhoven and Hampshire Hotel –Crown Eindhoven.

Transport 

The easiest way to reach Eindhoven is flying directly to its airport (which has several routes around Europe) or to flight to Schiphol airport (Amsterdam) and take a direct train to Eindhoven (train timetables can be found here).

TU/e is also reachable by train and car. TU/e campus comes with parking lots and we can provide parking tickets for those who decide to come by car.
